Below is some of the frequently asked questions answered that we get often.

our refund policy

i have booked a week in for camp what happens if i can't make?

We will offer a credit note or seek an alternative date for you to attend a different camp for example or a drecit note towards classes or 1-2-1s.

what happens if my 1-2-1 session gets cancelled?

we don't aim to cancel any session but if we do as a company cancel your session then you will be entitled to :

- Credit note

- The session moved to a time both parties agree on

- full refund

what is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy is 48 hours notice.

Due to how busy and popular our sessions are we can only rearrange sessions that we have had 48 hours notice prior to session time so we can rearrnage for you.

​

Anything after this unfortunately the session will be cancelled

I have an invoice through for the new term of 1-2-1s however i cannot make a couple of dates what happens?

as long as you telll us in advanced before processing payment of the invoice we can remove said dates of the invoice so you won't be charged.

Cancel with 30 days notice

 

Should you wish to cancel your subscription, we require a 30 day payment notice period to cancel your subscription. An example:

 

If you submit our form to cancel on 20th October, your final payment will be on 1st November. You will still have full access to the classes in November, and no further payments will be taken after this date.

 We give all children who are trialing our classes 36hrs after their trial has finished to either accept or reject their space on our classes

 

1.Payments are debited from your chosen DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD on 1st of each month

 

Your payments to us are not a direct debit from your bank, it is a recurring card payment just like Netflix is.
